Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) in the business to business (B2B) space are maintaining their technology spending budgets and have increased their focus on customer experience. Chief Executive Magazine recently reported that two-thirds of B2B CMOs plan to maintain their tech budget and the majority are expecting more mobility and better customer engagement tools during the upcoming year.
